Quick Share is a Chrome extension with a single purpose: when you click its “Share” button on a Gmail conversation, it publishes that conversation at a private, unguessable link that you can send to other people.
Shared content is used only to display the conversation to people who hold its link. Anyone with the link can view it, so only share conversations you are allowed to share. We do not sell data, show ads, use analytics or tracking, or use the data for any other purpose. The use of information received from Gmail adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2), encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. It is kept until you revoke the link from the extension popup; revoking permanently deletes the conversation and its attachments from our servers. Uninstalling the extension removes the owner key from your browser.
Shared pages are not indexed by search engines. Remote images contained in the original emails load from their original servers, as they would in an email client. We count how many times each link is opened and when it was last opened, to show this number to the person who shared it; no IP address, cookie or other identifier of the viewer is stored.
